Zahrani Combined Cycle Power Plant (450 MW)

Civil works for Zahrani power station including: industrial buildings, environmental works, site leveling, drainage, infrastructure works, breakwater, pumping station under sea level (5,000 m³ of reinforced concrete), seal pit with discharge channel (300 m long), road works. Works included: 620,000 m³ of earthwork, 39,200 m³ of reinforced concrete, 28,000 m³ of base courses and 34,000 tons of bituminous concrete. Ansaldo Energia Spa was the Main Contractor.
