The project includes retrofitting the offices of the World Bank Group in Beirut, Lebanon to anti-seismic standards. Scope of works includes all finishes for 2 basements, ground floor, mezzanine and 6 floors. Built-up area is 5,500 m².

Offices

Restoration or rehabilitation projects bring sites or buildings back to their historic functions. Immersed in an environment steeped in history, Entreprises A.R. Hourie is proud of the key role it has played in bringing the vibrant heart of Beirut back to life in the aftermath of a 15-year-long (1975-1990) civil war and the devastating explosion of the port of Beirut in 2021.
