Residential Villas, Nadd Al Shiba, Dubai

The project consists of five luxurious residential villas in the Nadd Al Shiba area in Dubai. Two villas have each a basement floor, a ground floor and one upper level, while the remaining three villas include a ground floor and one upper level. All villas include underground service tanks and pump rooms, a swimming pool as well as indoor and outdoor water features. The total built-up area of the project is approximately 11,000 m² and the scope includes earthworks, shoring, structural and civil works as well as finishing, electro-mechanical, high-end interior decoration, soft and hard landscaping works.
