Saade Apartment Fit-out, Beirut

The project is located at the 2030 building in Achrafieh, Beirut. It consists of the renovation of a residential apartment on the 25th floor, covering a total area of approximately 431 square meters. Works involve civil, architectural, MEP and finishes. The project aims to reform and optimize the existing spaces to better serve the needs of the Client. This comprises structural enhancements, layout redesign and installation of new fixtures, all the while ensuring compliance with safety standards, in alignment with Hourie’s commitment to providing superior facilities and services and focus on delivering improved functionality.
