Le Yacht Club, Town Quay Lot 1456 Phase 1, Zaitunay Bay, Beirut

Phase 1 of the Town Quay project includes enabling and basement work for 3 levels of underground parking, each 6,000 m², under the Yacht Club building at the Beirut Marina. The top-down construction method was adopted in order to strut the peripheral diaphragm wall at 25 m under sea level, a first-of-its-kind construction method used in Lebanon.
