BLOM Headquarters Extension, Phases I and II, Beirut

Excavation and piling for high-end commercial headquarter building consisting of a 7-story substructure and a 9-story superstructure. Construction of 16 stories. Construction of a building annex to the bank headquarters. Selective demolition and reconstruction of an existing substructure of 7 stories. Turnkey project from excavation to interior design execution, including all civil, architectural, electro-mechanical and internal & external finishes.
