The project consists of 3 luxurious residential towers located in Achrafieh in an underdeveloped area surrounded by green space. Works include all civil, finishing, electro-mechanical, and interior decoration works. The 3 towers consist of simplex apartments of 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units with areas varying from 182 m² up to 360 m²; In addition, the project includes a commercial area of 500 m², a club house, two swimming pools, a recreational area, a tennis court and a 650-slot capacity car park. Tower 1 consists of 31 floors while Towers 2 & 3 have 27 floors each. They are surrounded by 10,000 m² of landscaped space and overlook the Achrafieh neighborhood of Beirut, with a sea view through urban corridors. Total built-up area is 105,000 m². Each building is characterized by having a luxurious entrance and its own individual drop-off area, multi-purpose room and garden as well as a dedicated security guard.
