Achrafieh 20/30 Apartments Tower, Beirut

Construction of 2 high-end residential tower buildings consisting of a total of 45 apartments, 5 common basements and 30 floors for the first building & 20 floors for the second building. Total built-up area is 35,000 m². Works include all concrete, civil, waterproofing, related embedded electro-mechanical, façade, core & shell finishes, MEP, tenant apartments and finishing. Façade elevations are zinc-cladded with a photovoltaic system covering the rear vertical plans to feed energy needs of common areas from solar panels. Works also include full high-end finishes to 40 apartments.
