UNICEF New Premises, Beirut
April 2, 2025 – Entreprises A.R. Hourie led the fast-track execution of UNICEF’s new offices in an existing core-and-shell building comprising four floors, including storage areas and a rooftop solar system.
The scope of work covered complete civil, finishing and electromechanical works, including masonry, aluminum partitioning, kitchens, toilets and service utilities. The project featured an exposed-ceiling design requiring high-precision electromechanical installations, along with advanced security systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm and firefighting systems) in line with United Nations standards. A specialized system consisting of Shatter Resistance Film (SRF) was installed on glass facades for anti-blast protection.
Delivery on an expedited schedule ensured a smooth and timely relocation of all UNICEF staff.
