June 23, 2025 – Mirdif Hills, Asayel Avenue, is a residential building located on Plot No. 251-9317 in Mirdif, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It consists of a basement level dedicated to parking and mechanical rooms, a ground floor featuring residential apartments, a swimming pool area and landscaped spaces, followed by four floors of residential apartments. The roof level includes additional amenities and services. The total built-up area is approximately 33,000 m², while the plot area covers 7,000 m². The scope of work includes the full construction package, from shoring and excavation to structural concrete and complete finishing. The project’s ground-breaking ceremony took place on site on 23 June 2025, commemorating the official start of construction works.
