2021 – Entreprises A.R. Hourie acquired a majority share in Smart Energy Solutions in 2021. Renamed Hourie Energy Solutions, it combines the well-known construction expertise of the former with the solid experience in alternative energies of the latter. The resulting synergies qualify Hourie Energy Solutions as the most resourceful and experienced organization in Lebanon to execute solar projects.
